I would hereby like to confirm my participation at the Europe Conference of the German Chamber of Commerce Abroad 03-04.10.2024:

Prices are valid for a minimum of 10 participants. Trip will be confirmed until 30.08.2024.

With this application, I hereby register for the organised extra-paid weekend excursion 05-06.10.2024 according to the programme presented in the "Programme" section and declare that I have read the travel programme and its conditions and accept them. Please note - The tour will be presented in German, the description of the tours can be found on the German version of the website.

Conditions for registration
The conference is aimed at corporate representatives.
The number of participants is limited. The order of registration is decisive. After registration, the participant will receive a confirmation of participation to the e-mail address provided, together with the bill and payment details. Binding confirmation of participation in the event will take place once payment has been credited. Payment will be made on the basis of a correctly issued and delivered proforma invoice containing the company's EU TIN number (NP reverse charge rate) within 7 days to the bank account indicated by AHK Poland. If the participant does not provide the EU TIN number, the Polish VAT rate of 23% will be added to the order. Confirmation of participation in the Conference is subject to receipt of payment for participation in the meeting.

Cancellation of registration:
The registration can be cancelled in writing free of charge until 25.09.2024. In the event of cancellation after this date, the participation fee paid will not be refunded.
