Hana Souckova

Hana Součková is the Managing Director of SAP ČR and the Statutory of SAP Ariba and SAP Concur. She is dedicated to serving 1,400 customers in the Czech Republic, exploring business opportunities, and leading the local team. Her goals include developing long-term cooperation with customers and partners, evangelizing the market about the potential of Business AI, and bolstering the competitiveness of Czech companies both locally and internationally.

She has been a part of the SAP family for more than ten years, six of those as an MD. In April 2023, she became a member of the Board of Directors of the German-Czech Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Before SAP, she worked at Ness Czech, Ness Europe, APP, and Scala, where she held various leadership positions in marketing and sales.

She actively participates in supporting women empowerment initiatives and social enterprises, such as Czechitas, Social Impact Awards, Holky z marketingu, or Femme Palette. She holds a master's degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at CVUT and recently completed a two-year MSc program in Professional Practice in Leading Sales Transformation at Middlesex University Business School in London.

In her free time, she enjoys sports, fun activities with her two children, and taking trips to the mountains regardless of the season.
