He has been professionally involved in the maritime industry for over 30 years. Graduate of the Maritime University in Gdynia, postgraduate studies at the University of Gdańsk (Transport and Logistics) and MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Poznan School of Logistics and University of Applied Sciences Wildau. He gained practical experience as a merchant navy officer on ships of Polish and British shipowners, then in the agency representing the shipowner CMA-CGM. Since 2002, he has represented the Port of Hamburg in Poland. He lectures at universities in Warsaw (including the Warsaw School of Economics and Kozminski University) and other cities on maritime container shipping logistics.
