Renata Kabas-Komorniczak, Managing Partner at Rödl & Partner, Tax Adviser (Poland) responsible for the region of Poland and for Business Process Outsourcing in 50 countries worldwide. Renata currently assists investors in setting up accounting departments and global shared services centres and leads projects concerning processes, digitalisation, compliance, tax planning, and data protection.
She graduated from the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Law and Administration), the British Centre for European and English Law Studies, and the American School of Law (University of Florida). She holds an MBA degree in Digital Transformation (Warsaw University of Technology), a PhD degree (in economics) and completed the Management Training Programme at the University of Cambridge, as well as Sustainable Finance at Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership. She is a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics and has authored numerous publications about taxes. Renata gained her professional experience working for international tax consulting firms. She also worked as an interim finance manager for manufacturing and IT companies and implemented finance modules of ERP systems. She holds the titles of Lean Practitioner and Lean Champion from the Lean Enterprise Institute.
In 2024, she was recognised by The Europe Entrepreneur as Poland's Most Dynamic Female Entrepreneur.
